The Day I Chose This Path!

People often ask me, “When did you decide to start Ayur Botanics?”
And the truth is; I didn’t decide all at once.It wasn’t a loud moment. It was a quiet one.
But I remember it clearly.
I was sitting at my clinic desk after a long day.

A woman had just left ;she came in with inflamed skin, worn down from years of prescriptions, steroid creams, and frustration.
I had given her a small herbal blend I’d prepared by hand.
I remember how hesitant she looked ;like hope was too heavy to carry again.
2 weeks later, she returned. And she was glowing.
Not just her skin. Her energy. Her confidence. She looked at me with tears in her eyes and said, “I finally feel like myself again.”
That was the moment.
Not when I registered the brand. Not when I launched the website.
But when I saw that what I had made ;with my own hands, my own knowledge, my own heart ;could help someone come back home to themselves.
That was the day I chose this path.
Leaving the Known
I had spent over 15 years practicing Ayurveda as a qualified B.A.M.S doctor. I had completed my MSc in Bioinformatics in the UK;a journey grounded in science, discipline, and clinical work. I had structure, safety, and a reputation I had built over time.
But something inside me kept whispering:There’s something more you’re meant to make. Something personal. Something lasting.
It wasn’t an easy choice. To step away from the known. To take on the weight of being not just a healer, but a founder. A maker. A brand.
But I couldn’t ignore it anymore. That fire inside;the one that had burned since I first watched my grandmother grind herbs by hand ;it was ready to become something bigger.
Building Ayur Botanics
Ayur Botanics was born from that moment ; from a deep belief that Ayurveda still has so much to give, and that I could be the one to carry it forward in a way that felt pure, purposeful, and personal.
I didn’t have all the answers. I still don’t.But I had a vision. A feeling.And sometimes, that’s enough to begin.
This path has not been easy ;but it has been mine. And every jar I create, every remedy I formulate, every life we touch ;it all traces back to that quiet moment. That one woman. That one shift in my heart.
Sometimes your life changes not with a bang, but with a whisper. And if you’re hearing that whisper now ;I hope you follow it too.
With love,
The Founder
